The Morrisson-Reeves Library collection of circulating toys
is available for checkout in the Childrens Services Department.
Children learn information in a variety of ways. Playing with
carefully selected toys helps quicken developmental skills, such
as eye-hand coordination, spatial relationships, classification
and sequencing, all of which are prerequisites to successful
reading.
|
Any person holding a current Morrisson-Reeves Library card
may borrow toys.
There is a limit of two toys per family.
Toys are checked out for four weeks, unless there are several
holds on a particular toy. In that case, the toy circulates for
two weeks. |
|
 |
Bags are provided for toys and need to be returned with the toys. |
 |
Toys are geared for infants and preschoolers.
Toys are cleaned and disinfected after each circulation.
Overdue charges are .25 cents a day per toy. |
